Biography
Dr. Tae Kyung (James) Kwon is a distinguished engineer, researcher, and visionary entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in advanced technologies and sustainable innovation. He is the CEO of AIRPLE Lab, a pioneering organization focused on combating climate change through innovative smart city and urban infrastructure solutions. As a Research Fellow at Seoul National University's Trustworthy AI Lab, Dr. Kwon works at the intersection of technology and environmental sustainability, creating solutions that improve urban environments and support vulnerable populations affected by climate change.
Dr. Kwon's career has spanned multiple industries, including electronics, semiconductors, autonomous vehicles, and AI-driven systems.
